The hotel's location was perfect for what we wanted (not to be in the center and in a busy area). The parking around the hotel was easy so it was not needed to park in the underground parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was nice and had good variety. The reception, restaurant / breakfast area and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Modern hotel with a fantastic reception and bar area . Second time staying here because of the value for money . We had 2 x twin rooms which cost £75 per night each . A bargain. We know that it is a distance from the city centre so we bought 3 day metro passes which cost 18 euros each . It took around 45 mins on the metro to get into the centre. For us , that was part of the adventure. We like the area the hotel is in . Mainly Spanish with little English . This means eating with the locals and cheap meals ( meal for 4 with bottle of wine and soft drinks around £50) . Just need google translator as many staff in the surrounding restaurants have basic English ( but better than my Spanish so fair play to them ) . In the hotel , all staff speak perfect English .

we had a family room, which was of a good size, bad and sofa bed were both comfy, nice shower gel. Two pools available, on day we stayed small pool was out for filter change, so we used big pool, great depth but water was bit too cold. Hotel provided pool towels which were big and warm. The lady who was minding pool/towels was very helpful and nice. the lady at the reception was excellent and very friendly.

The breakfast is amazing! It’s worth it for the breakfast alone! Small room, (not ideal for long term but for a night or two, it’s fine). 2 kids slept on pull out sofa. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the staff is super helpful. Note that if taking the metro to/from the airport- you must pay the airport metro surcharge 3Euros per person each time- you won’t be able to enter or exit the metro if you haven’t paid this surcharge. Thankfully able to check in earlier because room was ready when we landed in the morning from overseas; bonus it’s quiet with thick shades/curtains, so able to sleep a couple of hours on arrival before heading into Madrid city center.

The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport (by metro), 30 minutes from the city centre, next to IFEMA. Very nice park is very close, as well. Our room was clean and equipped with modern furniture, we got new towels every day. We also appreciated a kettle and a coffee machine. The breakfast was great, as on the pictures. The check-in and check-out were super quick. Overall, great experience, we can recommend it.

The room was great and really clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely. As well as comfy, the room was very spacious and had plenty of storage for clothes and other items. Overall, the hotel was very modern and a perfect location for what we were there for (Mad Cool Festival) as was only a 30 minute walk to the site. The metro was also a 5 minute walk away, so there was easy access to the airport and to the city centre.

The room was very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. The location is very good, just 1 stop from the airport and the transport very easy to get to central Madrid. 5 min walk from the train station.

Hotel is in a great location, near the metro and opposite a wonderful park with several restaurants and large supermarket located nearby, hotel amenities are what you'd hope to expect and hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Would look to book again
